A brighter brand for Dobbies Garden Centres

Dobbies Garden Centres are well loved, but their brand was confused through organic growth. The brand refresh embraced their warm and friendly personality but made it more coherent. To do this there was a full brand review and strategy for the in store communication, from sub brands and navigation to promotions & tickets. A rationalised hierarchy of messaging gave a clearer customer journey. (projects completed whilst Creative Director at Whippet)
